Quality Control Manager
Andy joined Common Sense Solutions in 2012 and oversees internal quality control and the company’s Standard of Services Program. His responsibilities include managing the internal audit system and related processes, training new team members and maintaining standards of service and document quality control. Andy is skilled in several software programs and is responsible for coordinating technology services, facilitating updates and maintenance of Common Sense Solutions’ computers, including the company’s private servers, maintaining inventory control of electronic equipment and training employees on new procedures related to security of our clients’ sensitive information. He enjoys working with his Common Sense Solutions team members to ensure procedures are in place that allow them to consistently deliver exceptional client service.
Andy attended Western Carolina University and Georgia State University where he studied Business Administration. Prior to working at Common Sense Solutions, he worked in quality assurance, customer account and personnel management roles roles with various privately held manufacturing companies including Performance Process Incorporated, successor to Nottingham Industries and Southern Sizing Corporation Industries, Inc. Andy is a talented vocalist and guitarist and his growing vinyl record collection provides him with endless hours of enjoyment.
