Fiduciary Specialist
Coleen joined Common Sense Solutions in 2017 as a Fiduciary Specialist and handles client trust and estate administration matters. Coleen’s responsibilities include reviewing wills and trust documents; corresponding with beneficiaries and facilitating assets re-registration to the fiduciary accounts; coordinating beneficiary distributions; managing inventory of tangible personal property; ascertaining debts of the decedent in estates; facilitating specific bequests and documenting discretionary requests as well as many other fiduciary related activities. Her previous experience includes working as a Trust Officer in the trust department at First Atlanta, now Wells Fargo Bank, and in wealth management at SunTrust as an Assistant Vice President. Coleen is thorough, efficient and personable. What she enjoys most about her job is helping to take a weight off clients’ shoulders.
Coleen attended Florida State University and earned a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and a minor in business. She is a graduate of the American Bankers Association National Trust School and Graduate Trust School housed at Northwestern University. Coleen lives in Atlanta and when not working enjoys spending time with her three young children.
